We had a hailstorm that completely destroyed our roof and the roof of our detached shop. As well as a number of other small items around the house. We met the guys from Summit in town, out and about at a community event, which was a breath of fresh air. It makes me so upset when something happens to a town and salesmen start coming out door to door. That was NOT the case with summit. They were very friendly and professional and helpful from day one until well after the job was completed. Zach went far and beyond expectations to make sure that the entire roof replacement was done well, and did most of the work with my insurance agent so that I didn't have to. They were very prompt and efficient and knowledgeable after I called. Zach came and did an evaluation on a cold Saturday morning! Let us know what the problem was. Then set up a time to come and fix the venting problem! The gentleman that came to fix the problem explained everything he was going to do and why, was the most courteous and knowledgeable worker that has come to repair something, and did it with a positive attitude and then showed me what he fixed! I even got a video.

Our home in Loveland had several layers of shingles, gutter, underlayment, and soffit damage.  It needed a near 100% replacement.  A call to the local roofing suppliers for whom to select led to Summit roofing and we are glad after much prodding to have gotten the recommendation.  This roofing project all took a considerable amount of time coordinating the assessment, insurance, and discovery throughout the process.   The work itself was completed in a couple of days without any mess left on the property.  We know it will be a long time before we ever need another roof, but we are happy to leave an unsolicited recommendation if it helps others make the difficult decision.

Working with Matt was unlike any experience with a roofing contractor I’ve ever personally had! Most of them are vultures that try to get more and more money, are hard to get ahold of and hard to deal with. That was not the case with Matt. Not once did he miss a call or text, he was very thorough and always on time. Was a native Coloradan I’m familiar with hail and the process afterwards and I won’t ever use anyone else!

We used Summit Roofing for roof, gutter and siding repairs from a hail storm. They were very professional during all interactions, always on time, very responsive to any questions or concerns and always let us know if anything changed regarding budget or schedule on our hail damage repairs. The quality of the work was also very good. They worked with our insurance to iron out any reimbursement details and when I accidentally overpayed the invoice they quickly notified me and sent me a check for the difference. Summit Roofing is top notch! I was taken through the process of replacing my roof so smoothly. My husband and I had so many questions and concerns, it really took us time to decide on what we wanted to do, but the owner was always so patient and helpful with us, right there to explain the whole process and knew the newest requirements just put in place this summer with Larimer county.
