Singing praises🙏to Summit Roofing! This is a family owned/run biz. After having our gutters cleaned we still had an issue with overflowing... downspouts/gutters. This was after we had the gutters cleaned. Called Summit as we have used them previously, and they said they’d be out ASAP. After a 12 hr day replacing northern roofs due to hail they made the extra effort to come by and see what was going on at our home. After inspecting our roof they said all was good. They knew we had the gutters cleaned. They then took a hose to the downspout and with great effort and manipulation they finally were able to unclog our problem downspout. After todays storm we knew our problem was solved! God Bless them and their entire team! We will never have anyone other than the Summit family do anything regarding our roof etc. When we asked what we owed they said nothing. This is a fantastic company as they know and value customers. They are the epitome of the “good old days” of customer service. Going above and beyond!When’s the last time we all have experienced this? We had a hailstorm that completely destroyed our roof and the roof of our detached shop. As well as a number of other small items around the house.... We met the guys from Summit in town, out and about at a community event, which was a breath of fresh air. It makes me so upset when something happens to a town and salesmen start coming out door to door. That was NOT the case with summit. They were very friendly and professional and helpful from day one until well after the job was completed. Zach went far and beyond expectations to make sure that the entire roof replacement was done well, and did most of the work with my insurance agent so that I didn't have to. As a homeowner who was in a tight spot and didn't know where to start, the guys at Summit made me feel like family and really took care of everything. I highly suggest them!read more

They were very prompt and efficient and knowledgeable after I called. Zach came and did an evaluation on a cold Saturday morning! Let us know what... the problem was. Then set up a time to come and fix the venting problem! The gentleman that came to fix the problem explained everything he was going to do and why, was the most courteous and knowledgeable worker that has come to repair something, and did it with a positive attitude and then showed me what he fixed! I even got a video.Now I know why my insurance company recommended Summit Roofing!read more
